[Accidental Video;]
[The feed turns on to show a man standing in the middle of the room, seeming to be contemplating on something, before he walks out of the room and then returns back in with a confused look to his face. After a minute, he does it again and when he returns for the second time, it's evident that his frustration was building as he takes off his hat to scratch his head and frowns.]

What was I... Ah... [He walks out again and after a minute storms back in and vigorously scratches his head under his hat.]

GAHH!! I CAN'T REMEMBER AND IT'S BOTHERING ME!

A lot of people have lost their memories today. I am trying to do the best I can to help everyone out, since suddenly finding yourself lost in the middle of a strange City can be a little disturbing.

I have been recommending everyone stay at their home if they know where that is. So, maybe you could ask after Ted over the network? It might be safer than trying to move around in the City today.
