[Turning on the device, Klarth settled it onto his desk while slightly pointing it out the window. The ground still covered in a blanket of white snow that seems to never end. Staring out at it himself, he tapped his writing utensil twice onto a piece of paper with some notes on it, before allowing his thoughts to be heard in a soft mumble.]

Looking out this window reminds me of the time we spent in Ary, heh. Seems like it was only yesterday.

[He glanced towards the camera and gave a small smile.]

I'd like to inquire the citizens of the City. Is anyone aware of how long these conditions will last or at least an estimate?

There are others who have played a much significant role than I. Besides, he's a good man, who knows how to handle himself well. You've truly nothing to worry.
