So it would seem. However, I've heard it's often seasonal with most found around December through February.

Does it snow often where you're from, Ted?

Well, no, not really... Some places get more snow than others. It's pretty seasonal too, like what you said.

The same is in my world as well. Especially Aria receives the most I found. I've read that a certain spirit with the attributes of ice once inhabited there long ago.
